Accidental Damage Waiver Would you like to purchase the Accidental Damage Waiver protection plan? For an optional $25 fee, you can enjoy your rental without the added worry of accidental damage. We will waive any damage fee resulting from accidental damage to our equipment during your rental, excluding intentional damage or theft. Unintentional damage EXCLUDES the following: silly string, gum, paint, henna, face paint, confetti staining, markers or pen, cuts, slices, punctures by sharp objects such as from animals, shoes or sharps and any damage caused by fireworks, firepits, or cigarettes. MOVING THE UNIT OR ALTERING THE SETUP VOIDS THE DAMAGE WAIVER* (Recommended)

Certificate of Insurance(COI): $25 Park Districts, Forest Preserves, Business locations, HOA’s and residents often require or prefer a Certificate of Insurance naming their entity as an additional insured, added to our policy. For a $25 fee you will be added to our insurance as an additional insured and supplied a COI certificate.
